What will you do as a Leadership Development Leader:

As a Leadership Development Leader, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of leadership development programs within the Benelux region.

This is a good fit if you enjoy doing the following:

• Continuously transform the leadership skills of all employees in the organization, in line with our Building Great Leaders enduring purpose;
• Work as a trusted advisor with local management on leadership and leadership development;
• Implement and facilitate a range of leadership development programs in line with the global approach to leadership development;
• Collaborate with the local HR team on the identification, planning and implementation of proactive leadership strategies;
• Conduct in-house training where appropriate;
• Work closely with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the organization's needs so that you can seamlessly create and implement integrated leadership development solutions.

What will you bring as our future Leadership Development Leader:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field is a plus;
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership development, preferably in an international environment;
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Excellent presentation, written, verbal and listening skills;
• Ability to think strategically and create long-term solutions in line with objectives;
• A passion for learning and staying at the forefront of leadership and adult learning;
• Excellent relationship-building skills. Ability to lead through influence rather than power;
• Ability to manage both global and national initiatives within a matrix work environment and multiple competing priorities;
• People's eye;
• Driven, creative, persistent, and cost-conscious;
• Enthusiasm and a team player.
